Retention period
| Feedback | Data from customers received via Feedback form - Up to 5 years with a valid license or 90 days on expiry of license |
| Organisation Configuration | Data related to the configuration of evalyou8 users, feedback URLs - Duration of the license period or 90 days on expiry of license. |
Deletion & Export Options
| Deletion options | An evalyou8 administrator can delete a user within evalyou8. |
| Delete feedback data | There is no option to delete feedback data this is maintained for the duration of your licence period or up to 5 years. |
| Export feedback data | An evalyou8 administrator can export all feedback for users, Users can export their own feedback data. |
