Subscription

evalyou8 offers a flexible subscription model using secure credit card
payments through Stripe. Below are the details regarding subscription, billing, and data retention:

Free Plan

• evalyou8 allows you to add up to 3 users under the Free Plan.
• If you need to invite more than 3 users, you must upgrade to a paid plan.

Paid Subscription

• Subscriptions are managed via Stripe.
• Payment is processed securely using the credit card details provided during the initial setup.
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan any time based on the number of active users.
• Billing will be adjusted automatically based on user count changes at the next billing cycle.

Payment & Billing

• Your subscription will auto-renew every month unless cancelled.
• You can manage your subscription, update billing details, and view b directly through Stripe’s billing portal.
• To access the billing portal:

• Go to Subscription → Manage Subscription

Subscription Alerts

• If you are on a Free Plan and haven’t used all 3 user slots, you will receive an alert when attempting to upgrade.

• Example alert: "You have unused user slots on the Free Plan. Please fill them before upgrading."

Expiry & Data Retention

• If you cancel your subscription or let it expire:

• You will no longer have access to the admin portal or feedback data.
• Your data will be retained for 90 days after expiry.
• If you resubscribe within this period, your data will be restored automatically.
• If you do not resubscribe within 90 days, all data will be permanently deleted.

Downloading Feedback Data

• You can download your feedback data at any time:

• Go to All Ratings → Download
• Click the Download arrow icon to export your data as a CSV file.
