How to add evalyou8 Feedback URL to the Outlook desktop application

You can easily add your personal evalyou8 feedback URL to your email signature in the Outlook desktop application by following these steps:
Open Signature Settings
From the Home screen in Outlook, click on settings (located at the right top corner).
In the Settings dialog box, select Accounts → Signatures.
Add Feedback Link to Your Signature
- A list of your existing
signatures will appear. - Select the signature you want to edit.
In the editor, type a line such as:
➡️ CLICK HERE TO RATE MY CUSTOMER SERVICE
Highlight the text and click the Link icon.
Copy and paste your unique evalyou8 feedback URL into the Address
field and click OK.
Updating Multiple Signatures
If you have more than one signature, make sure you update all of them to include the feedback link.
Adding an Image with a Feedback Link
You can also add an image to your signature and link it to your feedback page:
- Insert the image into your signature.
- Highlight the image and click the Link icon
- Paste your feedback URL into the Address field and click OK.
