How to add evalyou8 Feedback URL to the Outlook desktop application

To add your personal feedback URL to your signature in Outlook desktop application from the home screen of your emails click on File then at the bottom Options
A dialog will open and click on Mail then Signatures
You will be presented with your configured signatures
In this article, we have added CLICK HERE TO RATE MY CUSTOMER SERVICE option in the signature - click the Link icon
Copy your unique Feedback URL to the address field and click OK
If you have more than one signature, please ensure you update both.
When using outlook you could also introduce an image and link to your unique feedback URL in the image.
