How to promote and demote a user's Admin Rights

You can easily manage user roles in evalyou8 by promoting or demoting
users to or from admin status.

How to Identify if a User Has Admin Rights:

• 
  Users with Admin rights will display a specific Admin icon next to their name in the User Management list.

Promoting a User to Admin:

• Log in to evalyou8.
• 
  Go to User Management.

On the right-hand side, select the “Role”.

Select the “Admin” check box.

Select all the access or anyone access if the admin should manage one
specifically.

Demoting an Admin to a Regular User:

• Log in to evalyou8.
• 
  Go to User Management.
• Select the admin you want to demote.
• On the right-hand side, select the “Role”.
• Select the “User” check box.
