How to promote and demote a users Admin Rights

How can you tell if a user has Admin rights?
A user with Admin rights will have the below icon:
Click on a user you wish to Promote to an Admin, On the right-hand side at the bottom, you will see the Option to Promote User to Admin. Slide the slider once this is done, you will have a pop asking if you would like to make these changes.
To demote an Admin to a normal user, click on your Admin.
On the bottom Right, you will see Demote Admin to User, slide the slider, and a pop-up will ask you if you would like to make the change.
