What are Organisation Settings

Organisation settings store your organisation's configuration details.
This section allows you to set up or modify existing settings. Below are the key settings you can manage:

Organisation Name



  • Set during the initial configuration.
  • You can update the organisation name anytime from this section.

Feedback Settings



  • Configure options displayed on the Feedback page.
  • Control whether users receive email notifications upon receiving feedback.
  • Manage the visibility of the following fields on the Feedback page:


    • Name – If hidden, feedback will be logged as anonymous.
    • Email – If hidden, feedback will be logged as anonymous.
    • Comment – Make this field mandatory or optional based on your preference.


  • Simply select or deselect the fields to modify their visibility and requirement status.

Redirect Options After Feedback Submission


Once a customer submits feedback, you can configure the redirection behaviour:


  • No Redirect – The user will need to manually close the browser tab.
  • Redirect to Self – The page will refresh and redirect to itself after 10 seconds.
  • Custom URL – Redirect to a specific URL after feedback submission. (Ensure the full URL includes http(s)://)

Disclaimer for Customer Feedback Page



  • Option to display a disclaimer on the feedback page.
  • Example: "Any feedback recorded will be used solely by this organisation."

Feedback Form Template

Three built-in feedback templates are available:


  • Icon – Feedback collected
    using emoji icons.

Radio – Feedback collected using selectable radio buttons.

Star – Feedback collected using a star rating system.
