What is the Leaderboard

The evalyou8 leaderboard gives you a quick overview based on our unique scoring as to which staff are top of the ratings based on feedback received
The scores are calculated as follows:
- Happy = 1 point
- Satisfied = 0 points
- Poor = -1 points
The leaderboard calculates the users' scores based on their feedback received and is presented with the user with the most points at the top.
